August Beach Trip

In August Aunt Jessica and Uncle Hans came to visit. We decided to meet them at the beach one day. They were stuck in LA traffic and we arrived way before them. I thought it was a great time to take some fun pictures. We had a very uneventful summer and I really wanted to document that we actually did one fun thing before summer was over.

We went to two different beaches that day in the hunt for sea shells. There really is none at Zuma which is really disappointing to a kid. So we went down PCH a ways and found Leo Carrillo beach. It was really rocky but that was what the kids wanted. Griffin is really attentive to Sammie. He helped her play in the waves and kept her safe. Finally Jessica showed up and we had a blast playing with our family. Aunt Cheyenne was there too. Griffin wanted to bring all the rocks home he and Sammie had collected but Mom won out on that one, we left them there for next time.
